We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our energy-efficient window treatments. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not a custom-made or personalized item (unless defective)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized window treatments
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and original receipt in the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the new item is priced higher.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.
Installation Services
If you have purchased installation services and need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Cancellation fees may apply if notice is given less than 48 hours in advance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
